Born 1968, married.
IHK-certificate as training supervisor, several trainings in communication skills and advanced training as communications consultant with focus on coaching (Arbeitskreis für Kommunikation und Klärungshilfe, founded by Prof. Emer. Friedemann Schulz von Thun). Thus the emphasis on Schulz von Thun's Square Of Communication and the Inner Team ("Two souls, alas, are dwelling in my breast"), complemented by the model of Riemann-Thomann (the antipodes closeness-distance and change-permanence as basic needs). Basic elements of systematic coaching (concentration on the goal and existing resources) are integrated in my approach.
A-level equivalent with focus on political science and physics. Then training as forwarding agent, followed by community service, working with blind people. Subsequently Studies of Information Systems and Business Administration at Berufsakademie Mannheim. Then eight years as responsible project manager for IT- and organisational projects as well as software trainings in leading international companies. Since 2003 in the Public Relations department of a world leading retail business, mainly responsible for internal and external communications as well crisis-PR.
